Tallen Capital Partners, in coordination with our Retail Services Division, Retail Investment Property Advisors, has procured and signed a new long-term lease with Big Lots for 28,000 SF in Fairfield, CA. Retail Investment Property Advisors (RIPA) will bring the property to market for sale in Q-3 of 2022. The procurement and adjoining lease negotiations were managed by RIPA and ended in favorable lease terms that were delivered to the ownership group.
Through RIPA’s efforts, the property is suited to sell at an excellent price, with the procurement and lease of a 18,000 SF space to Crunch Fitness, along with the executed Big Lots’ lease.
