Terrence Tallen is committed to supporting educational, charitable and community organizations as Advisory Board member, volunteer, and donor.

Terrence donates time, resources and provides financial support to a variety of organizations located in communities throughout California and the Western and Midwestern US.

CENTER FOR REAL ESTATE STUDIES KELLY SCHOOL OF BUSINESS

Kelly School of Business for Real Estate Studies Center at Indiana University was established to act as a focal point for research, education, and service activities relating to the field of real estate. The Center was established in 1985 to provide a comprehensive real estate resource, serving as a vehicle for interaction between faculty, students, alumni, professional organizations, and others with an interest in real estate. Under the direction of Dr. Jeffrey Fisher, the center has undertaken many projects and continues to provide support for a number of educational programs. Center activities are designed to build external relationships through encouragement of interaction between University faculty, students, and real estate professionals. The main focus of the Real Estate Club is to provide members with information about the various career paths within the field of Real Estate. In its 2010 survey of the top undergraduate business school rankings by business specialty, IU Real Estate ranked 12th in the nation.

Mr. Tallen is an Advisory Board Member at the Center for Real Estate Studies Kelly School of Business and on the Advisory Board for the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate at the University of San Diego. 

INDIANA UNIVERSITY ATHLETIC LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP

Terrence Tallen has endowed the Terry Tallen Football Leadership scholarship at IU for a deserving football team captain and student athlete every year, a gift in perpetuity.

MARIN CITY SPORTS ZONE

Tallen Capital Partners, LLC has been a leading donor to the Marin City CA Sports Zone to bring after school athletic programs to the children of Marin City, located in southern Marin County, CA. The program instills the benefits of teamwork, exercise and leadership in local grade school students.
