Anthony Gonzales

Anthony Gonzales has over 29 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. The majority of his experience has been attained while running his own consulting practice.  With an emphasis on technology, Mr. Gonzales has provided his clients with an excellent array of solutions for commercial and multifamily acquisitions, dispositions, investment and operations.  Over the past fifteen years, he has provided his expertise on some 2.8 million square feet of commercial space valued at over $931 million in the Southern California region. These commercial assets included high-rise office, industrial, grocery anchored centers, big box retail and regional malls.  On a nationwide level, Mr. Gonzales has been involved in institutional real estate acquisitions exceeding $1.5 billion.  A unique part of his consulting practice, Mr. Gonzales develops software application solutions that have been used by a number of the largest national real estate services groups.  These solutions leverage client’s other in-house software assets and provides a level of automation that greatly improves the acquisition and disposition process.

Mr.  Gonzales received his degree in Management Science from UC San Diego and is a founding father of the UCSD chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. He was a top three nationally ranked table tennis player as a junior. He is actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America and is a BSA Certified Rock Climbing Instructor. He serves as an Assistant Scout Master for his local troop and is in charge of all troop rock climbing activities.
