Bobby directs Tallen Capital Partner’s strategy for the acquisition and value creation of retailer’s surplus properties in California. In Bobby’s role, he not only leads Tallen Capital Partners’ surplus property acquisition’s platform, he advises national and regional chains as well as local retailers in the value creation, redevelopment and ultimate disposition of their surplus properties.

Prior to working in commercial real estate, Bobby spent 14-years in the technology space, working in the enterprise communications and mobile identity space. He most recently spent 7 years at Vonage with domestic and international organizations managing a portfolio of their largest strategic customers. During his time at Vonage Bobby served as a mentor to several young professionals early in their sales career.

Bobby grew up just outside of Chicago and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (concentrations in Business and Communications) and a minor in International Business. He lives in Marin County with his wife and two daughters and enjoys playing golf in his free time.
