Kemberly Kantor
Legal Coordinator and Project Manager

Kemberly (“Kemi”) Kantor is a Legal Coordinator and Project Manager for Tallen Capital Partners, LLC. Kemi is responsible for the coordination of interactions with outside counsel, organization of company legal documents, processes and procedures. Kemi is a valuable addition to the team and works closely with senior management in joint venture structures, capital market activities and retail development and leasing.

Kemi is also a current Dual-Degree JD/MSRE student at the University of San Diego. Kemi completed her undergraduate education in 2017 at USD with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Business Administration. Continuing at USD, she earned her Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) degree in 2019 and will be graduating with her law degree (JD) in 2021.

Over the course of her education, Kemi has held numerous positions in the area of real estate law, including interning with the Legal Team at Realty Income Corporation, a publicly traded S&P 500 REIT, and working with in-house counsel at private real estate development companies.

Kemi serves as the current President of the Real Estate and Land Use Society (RELUS) at USD School of Law. As President, she organizes and runs events which seek to promote and encourage law students’ interest in real estate law.  Additionally, Kemi works closely with USD’s Burnham-Moores Center in mentoring potential Dual-Degree JD/MSRE students.

Kemi’s passion for real estate stems from her family’s involvement in commercial real estate investment in the San Francisco Bay Area. Upon graduation in May 2021, Kemi will be pursuing a career as a real estate attorney.
