Our opportunistic team focuses on the repositioning, redevelopment and value creation of distressed retail assets, retailer’s surplus real estate and vacant large-format retail boxes. TCP repositions antiquated retail to new vibrant retail centers or convert these assets to their highest and best use including luxury and affordable multi-family developments.

Tallen Capital Partners, LLC conducts its investment activities through individual, single-asset partnerships and limited liability companies. TCP’s principals personally invest in all of the properties to ensure a full alignment of interests and show our strong commitment to only making investments we believe will be successful.
