Terrence P. Tallen
Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Tallen Capital Partners LLC

Terry is the founder and CEO of Tallen Capital Partners LLC, a privately held real estate investment, development and asset services company. He leads the company’s multidisciplinary approach of the acquisition, financing, entitlement and redevelopment of retail and mixed-use projects located throughout the Western United States. Prior to Tallen Capital Partners, Terry served as a principal or senior executive with several large public and private real estate organizations, directing the redevelopment, entitlements and leasing of more than 320 retail properties comprising 40M sq. ft. GLA. He isa past or current member of ULI, NAREIT and ICSC. Terry is an advisory board member at the Center for Real Estate in the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He graduated from the Kelley School of Business. Terry was co-captain of IU’s 1979 Holiday Bowl Championship football team and provided a major gift to the IU athletics program. The university named its new state of the art football complex the “Terry Tallen Indiana Football Complex.”
