The Rossmoor Shopping Center in Walnut Creek is about to make some big changes. A redevelopment project led by Tallen Capital Partners and Citivest Commercial just received the final approval needed to begin the redesign.
The project is scheduled to break ground in the fourth quarter of this year, and it will take roughly 15 months to complete. Recent lease signings include Safeway, a drive-thru CVS Pharmacy, and a drive-thru Starbucks. The center is also in talks with Panera Bread and other restaurants.
