Tallen Capital Partners and Citivest Name Cushman & Wakefield Exclusive Leasing Broker for Walnut Creek’s Historic Rossmoor Shopping Center

Walnut Creek, CA (May 14, 2018) – James Chung, Marissa Organo and Nicole Lyon of Cushman & Wakefield have been named exclusive leasing brokers for Rossmoor Shopping Center announced Tallen Capital Partners (TCP) and Citivest Commercial Investments, LLC (CCI) of Rossmoor Retail Partners, LLC.  This prominent Northern California retail leasing team will spearhead the leasing efforts for the Rossmoor Shopping Center currently undergoing dramatic redevelopment in Walnut Creek.
